Terms and Conditions – “My First Remittance with Nequi” Campaign
Promotion Period: February 6 to March 31, 2026
1. Campaign Objective
The purpose of this campaign is to promote Nequi’s new remittance reception feature by inviting users to experience receiving money from abroad for the first time in an easy, fast, and secure way.
2. Participants
The following individuals may participate in the campaign:
• Registered users of the Nequi app.
• Users with an active Nequi Account.
• Users who have not previously received remittances in their Nequi Account.
• Users who comply with the participation requirements described in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Participation Requirements
To participate and qualify for the campaign reward, users must:
• Receive their first remittance in an amount of at least Q1,000 during the promotion period.
• Ensure the remittance is successfully credited to their Nequi Account.
• Only the first remittance received by the user will qualify.Rejected, reversed, or returned remittances will not be eligible.
• The first 500 users who meet all the above conditions will receive the incentive.
4. Reward
• Winning users will receive Q100 credited directly to their Nequi Account.
• The reward will be delivered within 30 business days after the campaign ends.
5. General Conditions
• The minimum remittance amount required to qualify is Q1,000.
• The incentive applies only to the first remittance received by the user.
• Rejected, reversed, or returned remittances will not be considered valid.
6. Exclusions
The following individuals may not participate:
• Users with blocked, inactive, or accounts flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
•Users who fail to comply with any of the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
7. Rights of Bam
Banco Agromercantil de Guatemala (Bam) reserves the right to:
• Verify compliance with the participation requirements.
• Suspend, cancel, or modify the campaign without prior notice in cases of force majeure.
• Disqualify users who engage in irregular, fraudulent, or improper practices or who violate these Terms and Conditions.
8. Acceptance
Participation in this campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
